   To Samuel Stark Constable for the year 1782    Greeting
   you are Hearby Required in the Name of the Gouernment and People of this State to Levy and Collect of the oners of the Lots of Land in Derryfield bolonging to Nonrisidents the Tax that is assessed on Eatch Lot Respectively in the List Hear With Commited to you Eatch one the Sum Set against his own Lot and alltho it is a State and war tax yet you Being allready ordered in the other warrant Commited to you to pay the full Deman Called for in the Precept into the Treasurey therefore you are (to pay to) us the Selectmen of Derryfield by the Last Day february Next to Defray the Charge of the Town the Sum that is assesed in Said List to Be paid in Lawfull money and if not paid to us By Said Last Day of February then to be forthwith paid in our Next Successers and you are to observe and follow the Rules and Derections of Law of this State in Leveing and collecting the Same
   Giving under our hands and Seal at Derryfield this fifteenth Day of Jenuary 1783
