Know A ll Men by these present that I Mark Meeder of Madbury in the County of Strafford and State of New Hampshire husbandman for and inconsideration of the sum of Five shillings lawful money of Said State to me in hand paid before the delivery hereof by the Proprietors of Piscataqua Bridge. The receipt whereof I do hereby acknows have given granted bargained sold and released and by these presents do give grant bargain sell alien release convey and confirm to them the said Proprietors of Piscatugua (sic) Bridge their heirs and afsigns All my right title Interest claim and demand in and to one Quarter part of one acre of land in Durham in the said County to be laid out on Meeders Neck so called at the Northerly end of Piscatugua Bridge adjoining to one acre of Land conveyed said Proprietors by Andrew Drew and John Drew by their Deeds on Record. To have and to hold the said granted premises their proper use and behoof forever Thereby engaging to warrants defend the said granted premises against all claims or demands of any person or persons claiming by from or under me and will not warrant and defend the premises in any other case or circumstance whatsoever. And I Hannah wife of the said Mark Meeder do hereby give yield up and surrender all my right of dower and power of thirds in the Premises. In witnefs whereof we have hereunto set our hands and Seal this Sixteenth day of September in the Year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety four.
