Know A ll Men by these present that I Solomon Hall Junior of Barrington in the County of Strafford in the State of New Hampshire Yeoman for and in Consideration of the Sum of forty five dollars to me in hand paid before the delivery hereof by Nathaniel Meserve Heart of the Town County and State aforesaid Husbandman the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have remised released sold and quitted claim and by these present do remise release and **and Quit claim unto him the Said Heart his heirs and afsgns forever a Certain tract of Land in the two mile streak so called in said Barrington the fifth Range of Lots in said two mile Streak containing ten acres bounded as follows viz, beginning at the west Corner of the land Solomon Hall purchased of Ralph Hall and agoning Land of John Jeffrey of Boston thence running South forty two degrees East on the range line forty Six rods to the Crofs Road thence by said Road North forty Degrees East twenty nine Rods thence North twenty Seven Degrees west forty Seven Rods to land of Silas Drew thence by said Drews Land South forty Degrees west forty one rods to the first mentioned bounds. To have and to hold the Said remissed granted premises with all the Privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging to him the Said Nathaniel M. Heart his heirs and afsigns to their only proper use and benefit forever thereby engaging to warrant and defend the Said granted Premises against all claims or demand of any persons or person claiming by from or under me my heirs of afsigns.
