Know A ll Men by these present that I John Witherell of Rochester husbandman, in the county of Strafford and State of New Hampshire, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars, to me in hand before the delivery hereof well and truly paid by James Witherell of said Rochester in the state and county aforesaid, husbandman, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have remised, released, sold and quitted claim, and by these presents do remise release and quitclaim unto the said James Witherell his heirs and afsigns forever thirty acres of land be the same more of lefs, lying in the first division in said Rochester, numbered thirty three, being the same I purchased of George Willand & Ester his wife as by their deed on record may more plainly appear.
To Have and To Hold the said granted premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging to him the said James Witherell his heirs and afsigns to his only proper use and benefit forever: I hereby engaging to warrant and defend the said granted premises against all claims or demands of any person or persons claiming by from or under me. In witnefs where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eliven.

State of New Hampshire Strafford Fs} The twenty first day of June at Dover, one thousand eight hundred and eleven, then the above named John Witherell personally appearing acknowledged the above written instrument to be his voluntary act and deed, before me.

Whereas the within named James Witherell has this day signed three several goal bond, one to Ichabod Canney Esq. of Rochester for ninety one dollars and eighty cents, one to Moses L. Neal, Esq. of Dover for twelve dollars & eighty eight cents, one other bond to Oliver Crosby, Esq. for twenty one dollars and eighty fore cents for the libration of John Witherell from prison: Now if the within named John Witherell shall save harmlefs from any costs or damages that may accrue to the said James by his signing the above mentioned bond, then the within deed to be void otherwise to be in full force and virtue.
